Payment By PAYPAL
Shopping with Babeco is simple. Having browsed our shop and made your selection, your items will be stored in your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout where we will request the necessary details to pay by PAYPAL.
PAYPAL offer a free and secure method of credit card / debit card payment you don't need to be a member. Click on the PAYPAL symbol below.

Once you have processed your order using the PAYPAL shopping cart and checkout an email comfirming your order,and payment receipt will be sent to you.

Postage
Babeco Ships by the cheapest method available for the parcel weight and destination. We make no profit from carriage charges. We ship across the world carriage charges are calculated in the shopping cart by selecting the area in which you live. Free carraige applies to UK, EU and other countries EXCEPT USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND. Carraige will not be chagred in the shopping cart - we will contact you to tell you the actual costs.
Returns Policy
We have a 7 day no quibbles returns policy (as long as the products have not been used in any way!). On receipt of the returned item we will issue a full refund or exchange. We cannot refund washed/pre washed nappies unless they are faulty.

Faulty Goods
Goods should be received by you in the same condition as they left us. If a product you purchase from us is faulty you can return it to Babeco for a full refund or exchange. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt. In some cases a repair may be offered in preference to an exchange.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving your name, address and the reason for the return and wrap the package securely.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services.

Data Protection
We request personal details on the order form for our records only. We do not disclose customer information to third parties. All emails you receive will be directed through Babeco. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
By shopping at Babeco you will on occasion be sent emails with information on special offers or news about us. If you do not wish to be added to this mailing list please email us with UNSUBSCRIBE in the title block to our email address.

Order Time and Back Orders
The approximate delivery time for each item is indicated in the catalogue. If the order time is longer than estimated or your item is not in stock, we will notify you and back order it for you.
